Tuitions
On the first of each month you will receive an email confirming your schedule and payment. Registration and payment for each month should be done before the 7th of each month. Late payments may result in losing your slot for the entire month. So make sure you take care of it when you receive the email.

Missed Lessons
Only one missed lesson per month will be made up when I am notified via phone message or
email 24 hours in advance.

Courtesy Notice for Lesson Discontinuing
15 days advance notice is required if you wish to discontinue the lesson.

Hand Hygiene and Fingernails Length
Students are asked to wash hands and keep their fingernails short as part of preparation for their lessons.

Photo/Video Release
Unless requested in writing, Carmel Music Studio is granted permission to take
photographs/videos of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials Carmel Music Studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for
Carmel Music Studio to copyright such photographs in its name.
